Kaitlyn Brown

Kaitlyn began at Beaverbank Physiotherapy while she was a student in the Medical Office Administration course at NSCC. Once she completed her education she came onboard full time as a support member of the front desk team. Since her time with us she has moved up the ranks and is now the Office Manager. Kaitlyn is now a little more behind the scenes and can often be found in the back office working away on accounting and the day to day running of the clinic.

When she is on the front desk Kaitlyn strives to make every second of your clinic visit a positive one. She is often the reason you will hear laughter coming from the front desk most of the time through the day. Much like the rest of the staff, Kaitlyn likes to keep the environment light. She is truly a professional who knows the inner workings of your insurance plans and how to navigate them but she also believes that patients feel comfortable when they can laugh and feel welcomed in a lighthearted environment.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband, going for walks and exploring outside. She enjoys gardening and caring for her plant babies. Kaitlyn has been known to go to the store for “groceries” and come home with new plants.
