Shalaine Dennis

Shalaine graduated from the Massage therapy program at The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax in 2009. She began working at Aurora Massage Therapy in 2009 as a registered massage therapist and has been with the clinic ever since. She treats a variety of different conditions and injuries but she has a special interest in  treating injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents and work related incidents. She loves working closely with clients that require trigger point treatment and special treatment for chronic pain. She also enjoys treating new moms for pre and post natal massage with the help of a specially designed table built to accommodate the needs of a growing baby bump. Working closely with each client means that Shalaine will discuss the treatment plan and work with clients to target her approach to help them meet their specific goals.

Shalaine is a member of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia and also volunteers her time with the continuing education committee.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, she currently resides in Halifax. In her spare time, you will likely find Shalaine hiking with her golden retriever, reading a book or taking in a Mooseheads hockey game.
